Homebuyer report

Level 2 Survey / Homebuyer Report as described on the RICS website. The report objectively describes the condition and provides an assessment of the relative importance of the defects / problems. It is concise and unlikely to suit complex, unique or older historic properties, or those in a particularly poor condition. The report can be provided with a valuation.

We aim to complete all Level 2 Surveys / Homebuyer Reports within 3-5 working days of the inspection, or sooner by arrangement. Reports are emailed as soon as they have been completed.
